They are so nice and super steady. Dr. Karpac has the best sense of humor and I love him. Tracy is so nice she helps me when I need it and Tracie is so nice and sweet.

First and foremost, everyone is very friendly and down to earth. They have been working together for a long time and it feels like a family atmosphere.
Secondly, very affordable, works well with my (dificult and unique) insurance and even changes their process to fit what my insurance requires. Love the payment plan!
Thirdly, the doctor and staff was patient and gentle when my kids got their braces on. This is my 3rd establishment for trays (after moving from another state and my other orthodontist closing down). Dr. Karpac makes his own liners and showed me the process. It was cool! These liners are the strongest/most durable ones yet.
Finally, both the doctor and the staff did a great job of explaining the process and what was happening next. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs what they do. I highly recommend you checking them out! -

We’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Karpac and his entire team! From day one, they’ve been kind, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout Riley’s orthodontic journey. The staff makes every visit smooth and comfortable, and we always leave feeling confident that Riley’s smile is in the best hands. We are extremely grateful for the care we are receiving from Dr. Karpac and his staff. Everyone is kind and friendly. They really know how to connect with their patients and are very knowledgeable about orthodontic care. You never get the run around. When you call in during their hours, you speak to a live person who knows our name and remembers who we are. I can't imagine going anywhere else for braces. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Karpac & his team have always been kind, helpful & welcoming through 4 of my kids having braces, one of which also had jaw surgery, & now my experience with Line M Up! I am so excited with my progress & tell others how wonderful you all are. Keep up the great work. So thankful for all of you!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Appointments are easy to schedule and not a long wait when arriving to the appt. My son loves Dr Karpac’s sense of humor:)

Dr. Karpac is awesome! Our family has been with him for a long time, and we have never seen him cut any corners. He always gets braces and pallet expander done the first time, not charging you multiple times. The environment is also great and family friendly with games to play while your waiting. 5/5 easy.
Dr. Karpac is soooooo good! Not only does he NOT do phases (what a waste of money), he actually takes care of you and your needs. For example, do you have a space in your front teeth after braces? He’s fixed it not through phases but through common sense!! I 100%, totally recommend. Love it!
This office, including Dr. Karpac and his entire team is amazing. We are treated so well here. The atmosphere in the office is so relaxed, the staff is professional yet treat you like family. The office is a blast!! The decorations for Thanksgiving and now Christmas....it's perfect for kids who are scared. It put my daughter at ease. She loves the decorations, the fun things they have for her to do when she gets there but most of all, Dr. Karpac took the time to show her how her spacers will be made.
Got my braces done today after having my consolation done July 2018. When I called to schedule the appointment from the beginning the rep was nice. Called back right away with prices. When I came into the office everyone was so welcoming. I loved the environment, and I love my braces. I worked with Tracy and she was very fun. Made sure I was okay, As well as Dr. Karpac. They both made sure I understood everything before I left.
