They are so nice and super steady. Dr. Karpac has the best sense of humor and I love him. Tracy is so nice she helps me when I need it and Tracie is so nice and sweet.

First and foremost, everyone is very friendly and down to earth. They have been working together for a long time and it feels like a family atmosphere.

Secondly, very affordable, works well with my (dificult and unique) insurance and even changes their process to fit what my insurance requires. Love the payment plan!

Thirdly, the doctor and staff was patient and gentle when my kids got their braces on. This is my 3rd establishment for trays (after moving from another state and my other orthodontist closing down). Dr. Karpac makes his own liners and showed me the process. It was cool! These liners are the strongest/most durable ones yet.

Finally, both the doctor and the staff did a great job of explaining the process and what was happening next. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs what they do. I highly recommend you checking them out!
